KINGWOOD, TX (November 12, 2007)—HWD, the award-winning residential developer pioneering the concept of pedestrian-friendly, urban living within suburban neighborhoods, announced today the completion of the first model home in the Regent Square Brownstones, a 3.4-acre residential community located in Kingwood’s mixed-use development, Kings Harbor. On December 1st, from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m., HWD will also host a model home unveiling that will feature activities including, tours, jewelry vendors, centerpiece demonstrations and wine tasting. Following the unveiling, the 24-acre Kings Harbor will host their first Holiday at the Harbor event featuring Chorale, Big Band, Tree Lighting, and food and spirits.
